Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MyToolkitt’s website and tools. By using MyToolkitt, you agree to these Terms.

The service

MyToolkitt provides browser-based tools, including a QR code generator, URL shortener, and WhatsApp conversion tracker, along with the pages and analytics that come with them. It’s free to start, with paid plans for more. We’re actively adding more tools over time.

Accounts

Some features (saving your work, viewing analytics, managing your content) require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Plans

MyToolkitt is free to start, with no credit card required. Each plan, Free, Pro, and Team, includes the quotas listed on our pricing page: how many dynamic QR codes, team vCard cards, links, and how much file storage you can use. Static QR codes are unlimited on every plan.

Paid plans and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles payment, billing, and invoices on our behalf.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change applies to your plan.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan.

When a paid plan ends

When a paid plan ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan and everything keeps working for 14 days. We send reminder emails during that time. After the 14 days, dynamic QR codes (hosted pages included), team vCard cards, and short links and WhatsApp links beyond what the Free plan includes are paused. People who scan or open a paused one see a page saying it isn't active right now. You choose which ones stay active; if you don't choose, the newest ones stay active. Nothing is deleted: paused items stay in your lists and you can still edit them. Everything is active again as soon as the workspace is on a paid plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyToolkitt to:

• Create or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights
• Send spam, phishing links, or malware
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse protections, or other technical safeguards
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the service

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You own the content you create with MyToolkitt (QR codes, short links, uploaded files, and so on). By using the service, you grant us the license needed to host, store, and display that content as part of running MyToolkitt — for example, serving your QR code’s destination page when someone scans it.

QR codes and short links are, by design, publicly accessible to anyone with the URL. You’re responsible for what you publish through them.

No warranty

MyToolkitt is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyToolkitt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of MyToolkitt after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
