Questions about plans
- What counts as a dynamic QR code?
- Any code you can change after printing, or whose scans we track. That includes hosted pages like vCards, menus, galleries, and events. Static codes, where the content is stored in the code itself, are unlimited on every plan.
- Can our links and QR codes use our own domain?
- Yes, on the Pro and Team plans. Connect a domain your company owns, such as card.yourcompany.com, and the workspace's QR pages, short links, and WhatsApp links open on it. Anything you shared or printed before keeps working.
- Do my pages show the MyToolkitt name?
- On the Free plan, QR pages such as digital business cards end with a small “Powered by MyToolkitt” line. On Pro and Team, that line is removed from every page in the workspace. If a paid plan ends, the line returns.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Each workspace has its own plan, and its owner can change it on this page while logged in. Any paid workspace can switch between monthly and yearly billing, and a team workspace can switch between Pro and Team. Before anything changes, you see what is charged now and what the next payment will be, and the new plan applies right away. Team is for a team workspace, so a personal workspace on Pro stays on Pro: a team workspace you create has its own, separate plan.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays on while the card is retried. Once a plan has ended, the workspace is on the Free plan and everything keeps working for 14 days. We send reminder emails during that time. After that, dynamic QR codes, team vCard cards, and short and WhatsApp links beyond what the Free plan includes are paused: people who scan or open one see a page that says it isn't active right now. You choose which ones stay active, and if you don't choose, the newest ones do. Nothing is deleted, and everything is active again as soon as the workspace is on a paid plan.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
- Who processes my payment?
- Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoices, and sales tax, and accepts major cards.
